Cargo / Sprinter Van Owner Operator

In return, we guarantee steady work and clear, transparent communication. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
- Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
- Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
- Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
- We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
- Flexible rates: negotiated based on load, location, and customer.
- No forced dispatch.
- Build your own schedule.
- Choose your loads: local, regional, or OTR.
- No hidden fees, your rate is fully paid.
- Weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH.
- This role is for owner-operators only.
- Drivers without their own qualifying vehicle will not be considered.
- At Empire National, we treat our owner-operators with respect and value clear, consistent communication. Our fully staffed office is dedicated to supporting drivers and helping keep them moving.
