Customer Representative

Downtown company looking for Customer Representatives. The Customer Representative is responsible to email requests, retrieve and return customer calls for new installation or upgrades and accurately and timely enter orders. Will be tasked with reviewing and taking appropriate action on customer accounts, verify for approvals, comply with all requirements.

Education and/or special training:

• Billing or administrative experience.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and billing system experience preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish. Good verbal and written communication in both languages

Minimum knowledge, skills, & abilities:

• Related experience in a position with direct responsibility for solving complex problems in a timely manner, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to learn procedures, policies, rules, and laws under which section's work is performed
• Proficient skills in the use of a personal computer including word-processing and spreadsheet applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with officers, managers, fellow employees, and the general public.
• Ability to maintain a strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters.

Essential job functions:

• Learn system functionalities and develop the ability to quickly respond to customer requests
• Report and initiate appropriate follow-up action to resolve and correct errors
• Review and follow up on failed orders to take necessary actions to see order through completion within daily time constraints and deadlines.
• Review daily email assignments to create orders requested from internal and external customers.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet standards and deadlines.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 7am-4pm $16.00/hour
