Synapse is an AI-first performance marketing agency based in Boston, MA, seeking a Data-focused Digital Marketing Analyst to optimize paid media programs (Google Ads, social, etc.). You will analyze client and platform data, run A/B tests, and develop insights for flagship clients. Training on Synapse SEM tools will be provided, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and producing client reports.
