Job Description

We invite Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatricians to join the dedicated care team at the East Interstate Medical Office in Portland, Oregon. This is an opportunity to build and manage your own pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within our physician-led, value-based medical group. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. Applicants should have experience in the full scope of general pediatric medicine, including wellness visits, acute care visits, telehealth, and mental health care.

• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
• 0.70 FTE (28 hours per week)

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is $184,240-$207,620 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, Morlen offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.

• Salary range: $184,240-$207,620 (0.70FTE)
• Lifestyle Stipend: $12,810 annual bonus
• Relocation Allowance - up to $15,000
