About This Role The Per Diem Float RN at Mass General Brigham is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process across various departments, ensuring effective and efficient patient care delivery. This role is ideal for nurses who are adaptable and willing to work in multiple clinical settings. Highlights Location: Northampton, MA Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly What You'll Do Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery. Perform duties in Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Inpatient Surgical Center, and Childbirth Center. Work in all departments as needed and directed.
