Essential Duties And Responsibilities Conducts clinical assessments and provides diagnosis, treatment and referrals when indicated Carries a treatment caseload; provides psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups as appropriate; starts and ends sessions on time; and maintains consumer confidentiality Accurately and punctually completes needed clinical documentation and insurance authorization requests Maintains appropriate client and pre-client case records Provides clients and families with referral resources for the services not provided by this agency or when this agency’s services are not appropriate Schedule Type: Full-time Hours: 40 hours each week, Monday‑Friday during regular business hours with 1 later day (10a‑6p or 11a‑7p) preferred Education And Experience Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited university in the social or behavioral sciences is required. Current Iowa Licensure as a Psychologist, Social Worker (LISW or LMSW), Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC or LMHC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (tLMFT or LMFT) is required.
