Determining if they meet the Lessor's qualifications
Property tours
Sales presentations
Helping with lease preparation
Explaining terms
Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Building positive relationships with residents
Participating in marketing efforts to attract new residents, including various advertising channels and social media
Staying informed about local market conditions, competitor properties, and trends
Hand-over for move-in process
Participating in community events to promote the property
