Head of Program Operations

A leading global specialty insurer is seeking a Head of Program Operations to lead and transform its North American delegated authority platform. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end operational ownership of program business, including governance, financial controls, claims oversight and technology enablement.
