Commercial Real Estate Attorney

LHH is working with a well‑regarded, middle market law firm with offices in Boston and Providence seeking a Mid Level Associate to join its commercial real estate practice . This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful deal responsibility within a collaborative and high-functioning team.

The Role

• Work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, development projects, and leasing
• Support transactions from initial structuring through closing
• Review and analyze title, survey, and related diligence materials
• Draft and negotiate core real estate agreements and transaction documents
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on active deals and ongoing matters
• Billable Hour Soft Goal - 1800

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Exposure to transactional work across asset types (e.g., office, retail, industrial)
• Experience with closings and general real estate diligence
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $145,000–$215,000 , depending on experience
