Position Summary

Liquid Life Vacation Rentals is looking for an organized, dependable Housekeeping Coordinator to help keep daily housekeeping operations running smoothly across our portfolio of 500+ vacation rental properties.

This is a fast-paced coordination role for someone who is great at keeping people, priorities, and information organized. You'll manage daily housekeeping assignments, communicate with field teams, coordinate with Maintenance, Guest Services, and Operations, and help resolve issues that could impact a property's readiness for arriving guests.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments, priorities, and updates using Breezeway.
• Monitor property cleaning progress and help ensure homes are ready for arriving guests.
• Communicate throughout the day with Housekeepers and Housekeeping Runners regarding assignments, changes, and operational needs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Guest Services, and Operations to quickly address property issues and changing priorities.
• Balance workloads and adjust assignments based on departures, arrivals, staffing, and business needs.
• Monitor team communications in Akia and ensure questions and operational issues receive timely follow-up.
• Coordinate inventory replacement requests, deliveries, supply runs, and other support needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping operations.
• Identify recurring housekeeping or communication issues and help leadership improve processes and consistency.
• Support housekeeping leadership with reporting, operational tracking, special projects, and department initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Help ensure every property meets Liquid Life's cleanliness and quality standards before guest arrival.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, vacation rentals, property management, or a similar service-based environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable learning and working within technology and operational software
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to build positive working relationships across teams
• Ability to remain professional and organized when priorities change or unexpected issues arise

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a coordinator, team lead, supervisor, dispatcher, or similar operations-focused role
• Experience coordinating housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, field service, or other mobile teams
• Vacation rental, hotel, resort, or property management experience
• Experience with Breezeway, Akia, Slack, or similar communication and operations platforms

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Hourly Rate $21-$25

Schedule

• Full-time
• Regular schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Holiday work and additional hours may be required during peak seasons and based on business needs
