With a strong emphasis on physical therapy and sports medicine, you'll have the opportunity to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions while developing meaningful relationships with your patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. As part of H2 Health, you'll have access to continuing education resources, professional development opportunities, and a therapist-led culture committed to your long-term success.Your Role:Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life.Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions.Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes.Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
