Partnerships Marketing Manager (Senior Associate)

The Partnerships Marketer Senior role reports to the Head of Strategic Events and Partnerships, Americas and is a key role that works in collaboration with the global partnerships team and the Americas marketing team to execute Thoughtworks' partnership strategy, assist with key partner relationships and serve as the point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders for all Americas partnership marketing needs. You will be a key member of our Field Marketing Americas team and work with cross-functional marketing teams and other Thoughtworks' functional teams to deliver key outcomes.Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with our partnerships teams and external partners to activate in the region the Thoughtworks' partnership value propositions and execute the aligned go-to-market strategyDevelop and execute partnerships marketing campaigns for the Americas region that align with regional marketingExecute partnerships' content, digital and event strategiesBe a partner to our global partnerships team to help achieve Thoughtworks commercial business goals, localizing global assets and campaignsSupport the qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performanceMaintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving marketing issues and serving as an internal advocateWork with the regional marketers and their sales teams to effectively embrace the partnership marketing vision to create quality and consistency in our market service programsManage partner co-marketing fund for maximum ROI, proactively engage in partner-led marketing activitiesBuild collection of referenceable customer assetsDevelop relationship with local partner marketing contacts to develop and execute joint marketing programsCollaborate on organizational brand building efforts by leveraging joint partner successes via PR, analyst relations and social media (in cooperation with Brand & Communications teams)Job qualificationsTechnical SkillsMinimum of 5 years experience in the marketing / sales functionAt least 1-2 years experience of partnership marketing programsB2B marketing experienceExperience executing large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentExperience creating and executing marketing campaignsWork, passion, or insights in the technology / digital industryPrior experience at major hyperscalers.Professional SkillsYou are willing to spend 2+ days per week working in the local Thoughtworks office, collaborating with peers and building internal relationships.You are results driven, resilient, and not easily dissuaded by hurdles or setbacks.You are enthusiastic and self-directed, with a strong ability to execute as well as to step back and look at the bigger picture.You have a good understanding of partnership marketing and working with partners to execute joint GTM campaignsYou have strong communication skills to connect with internal and external stakeholders with ease, from local developers to far-flung marketing colleagues.You have good project management skills and can proactively coordinate multiple work streams in parallel.You thrive in an unstructured environment; you find your own growth opportunities and are happy to determine your own path amongst the ambiguity.You have good intuition, but you trust data more.You are able to deftly juggle multiple balls, organize, prioritize, and above all, believe in yourself.You are not someone who spends months perfecting a beautiful plan.
