Client: Medical Device Company

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

No H1b’s
Mainly remote, on site if needed, must be local

3 Must haves on the resume: purchasing experience or logistics experience, something with tracking - I need someone that can help track shipments and potentially provide PO’s to 3rd party suppliers

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
• Process and maintain/address POs for products and services across various 3rd party contract manufacturers.
• Communicates daily with departments/team members placing orders and related suppliers for order tracking and delivery confirmation.
• Responsible for adding new vendors to the system by following quality guidelines and appropriate approval processes.
• Work collaboratively to resolve issues and remain calm and professional. Effective and clear communication to broad groups of associates, including management, is a critical component of this position.
• Enforce all applicable purchasing and SOX policies. Participate in audit activities.
• Support Accounts Payable inquiries on supplier payment.
• Administrative duties as assigned.
