Entry-Level Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking Graduate Nurses for our RN Residency at Mercy Hospital South. In this structured program, you’ll transition from student to professional nurse through guided clinical practice, preceptorship, and classroom learning. You’ll provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and document in the EHR while building critical thinking and prioritization skills.
