Customer Service Representative – Part Time Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and a positive attitude. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the organization. Pay $20.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with customers and co‑workers. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change. Use motor coordination to execute rapid and precise movements with speed. Essential Functions & Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to make correct monetary change. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Requirements Standing for most tasks. Walking short distances for short durations on ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum. Lifting: bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) and case stacking up to 72 inches high. Carrying: large cans (up to 3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (up to 30 lbs), and pizza dough trays (approx. 12 lbs each). Pushing and pulling dollies (up to 7.5 lbs force). Climbing stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks. Stooping/bending: forward bending at waist for pizza assembly (≈30‑45 seconds per bout), crouching/squatting to clean low areas. Reaching: above 72 inches for oven controls, sign changes, and lower shelves; forward reach for topping ingredients and phone answers. Eye‑hand coordination with continuous hand use and frequent forceful wrist movements for dough shaping and pizza handling. Use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic computer skills. Ability to make correct monetary change. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks described in Physical Requirements. Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
