Housekeeper — Independent Contractor (1099) — Georgetown, NC Area

About the Role

Pursu Solutions is sourcing a Housekeeper to support a client site in the Georgetown, NC area. This is a part-time, three-day-per-week opportunity, ideal for an experienced cleaning professional who is comfortable working independently and wants flexible, contract-based work.

Position Type

This opportunity is being prioritized for independent contractors (1099). Candidates seeking a W-2 employment arrangement are welcome to apply as well; however, priority will be given to candidates open to a 1099 independent contractor relationship.

Schedule

• 3 days onsite per week
• Must be flexible with hours of operation, including potential weekend availability
• Specific days and shift hours will be confirmed with the client prior to placement

Location & Travel

This role is based in the Georgetown, NC area . Candidates must be willing to travel to the client site as scheduled.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning, in any setting — commercial, hospital, hospitality, residential, or related environments
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Flexible availability across a 3-day onsite schedule, including potential weekend coverage
• Ability to pass a background check and any client-required screening prior to start
