Java Developer - Senior
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Java Developer - Senior to join their team. As a Java Developer - Senior, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting the Back-End Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Southlake, TX
Pay Range: $65
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Java and Spring framework.
- Collaborate with technical and business partners to gather detailed user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and automated test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the development team.
What's Needed?
- 8-10 years of experience with Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience designing solutions for high-volume, enterprise-wide projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence).
- Proficiency in developing architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and automated testing processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including offshore partners.
