Responsibilities Oversee development and implementation of client treatment plans, ensuring best practice standards and individualized client needs. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a staff of approximately 20+ BCBA’s and RBT’s, promoting ongoing professional development. Conduct performance evaluations, identify improvement areas, and facilitate training and development opportunities. Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated, integrated services. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in behavior analysis. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies. Lead the clinical team in achieving key performance indicators and service delivery goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families and community partners. Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making processes. Qualifications Minimum of a master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. BCBA certification in good standing. Minimum of 5 years experience in a clinical/center‑based setting focused on ABA. Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a track record of team management and development. In‑depth knowledge of behavior analysis principles, procedures and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
