A Physical Therapist opportunity is available at a 515-bed hospital in Pensacola, FL — home to an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, and the area's only comprehensive CARF-accredited physical rehabilitation hospital. The facility also holds Florida's first Atrial Fibrillation with Electrophysiology Services Accreditation and offers a broad range of services including cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, oncology, orthopedics, robotic-assisted surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, and behavioral health.

The role. The Physical Therapist manages the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned patient caseload in coordination with the physician and patient care team, conducting thorough assessments and contributing to individualized care plans focused on goal achievement and patient engagement. This clinician delivers skilled, purposeful therapy in the patient's home setting, applying procedures and techniques designed to produce measurable changes in condition and function consistent with the physician's plan of care. The PT also instructs patients, families, and caregivers on the use of therapeutic exercises, appliances, and prosthetic devices for use outside of formal therapy sessions. Additionally, the role carries responsibility for prioritizing caseload, determining daily staffing needs, and coordinating assignments and handoffs across the care team.

What we're looking for.

• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required
• State Licensed Physical Therapist
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Schedule. Days with rotating weekends; shift details will be explained during the interview process.
