Must-Have:
Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
Willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.
Current home address must be listed for presentation.


Description:
Seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
Providers can either work per diem or in their own office.
The provider's office must be located within a specific radius of their home address.
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
There will be no prescribing or treatment involved.
Credentialing will be quick and efficient.
Willing to accept providers from family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or those with experience in general medicine or in compensation and pension.
Follow-up administrative work is required on a regular basis, which will not be compensated outside of the established rate.
Best practices include obtaining office photos prior to submission and reviewing for compliance.
Photos required include:
Clinic signage.
Front entrance and suite entrance.
Waiting room and exam room.
Handicap accessible restroom and fire extinguisher.
Emergency exits and related safety measures.
Building emergency evacuation plan.
A self-query from the NPDB should be completed within 30 days of application.
Availability for the position will be needed, as well as specific days available for work.
