A day in your role

You clock in, review digital work instructions, and gather your hand tools and smart torque drill. You’ll assemble mechanical components and sub-systems with care, verify torque specs, and keep your station spotless. Throughout the shift, you’ll inspect your work, flag issues early to your supervisor, and sync with teammates to hit production targets—safely and efficiently.

Where you’ll work and when

• Location: Richardson and Plano, TX
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, overtime available
• 1st Shift: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:45 AM

Pay

• Mechanical Assembler: $19.00/hr (1st) | $20.90/hr (2nd)
• Cleanroom Assembler: $20.00/hr (1st) | $22.00/hr (2nd)

What you’ll do

• Assemble mechanical components and systems from detailed work instructions
• Use hand tools and smart torque drills to meet precise specifications
• Inspect completed builds for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and escalate defects or issues promptly
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and deadlines

What you bring

• 6–12+ months of mechanical assembly experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required and subject to verification
• Comfort with computers for tracking work and following digital instructions
• Strong teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks in manufacturing
