Summary:Join a growing healthcare system at LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital as a Registered Nurse on our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The Progressive Care Unit is a cornerstone of acute patient care, managing 35+ patients with diverse needs including telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac procedures, and medical-surgical recovery.What You'll Do:Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnosesUse critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventionsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomesParticipate in ongoing learning with access to clinical educators, in-services, and hands-on training Experience: Essential: Less than one yearActive Maryland RN license or Compact State licenseADN or BSN required (BSN preferred)BLS required (AHA); ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hirePrevious PCU, telemetry, step-down, or med-surg experience preferred.
