Associate Clinical Recruiter (Emergency Medicine) Pay or shift range: $60,000 to $70,000. Description Sound Physicians is a nationally respected, physician‑led medical group practicing in 400+ hospitals across 45 states. The Associate Clinical Recruiter will source and screen candidates, generate leads, pass leads, and offer contracts to close clinicians for key Sound sites and needs. The role will also recruit PRN and 1099 clinicians for staffing support and "bench strength". The position is remote with up to 15% travel. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Health care and dependent care flexible spending account 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off (PTO) accrues at 15 days per year Ten company-paid holidays per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with recruiters and on‑site provider liaisons at client hospitals Effectively close candidates by addressing pain points in contract negotiations Exhibit comprehensive understanding of physician practice issues Document all activity in Salesforce Use sourcing and screening skills to generate perm FT or PT candidate leads for client hospitals and sites Use sourcing and screening skills to recruit PRN and 1099 clinicians for client hospitals and sites Respond to lead shares and referrals in a timely manner Build relationships and interface with regional leadership and recruiters through status updates and guidance Develop collaborative relationships with clinical sourcing specialists, including training and development Understand market pressures and accumulate intelligence through networks Assist in producing compensation surveys and analyses for business development and regional leadership Generate on‑demand reports related to recruitment activity and sourcing campaigns Effectively manage projects and strategize accordingly Coordinate details for on‑site interviews including itinerary, travel, and real estate tours Values Self‑Motivation : Proactively jump in to start tasks with limited direction Teamwork : Proactively seek to work with others to accomplish a common goal Likes people : Genuinely enjoys engaging with and helping others Patience : Demonstrates ability to stay calm in stressful situations Resourcefulness : Utilizes available information and tools to solve problems Customer‑focus : Puts internal and external customers first Intellectual Curiosity : Demonstrates genuine interest in learning new things Strategic Thinking : Looks at the big picture to develop a plan of action Collaboration : Works well with others and includes others in decision‑making Adaptability : Shows flexibility and willingness to change with evolving circumstances Education and Experience No less than 1 year experience in recruiting and sourcing or equivalent sales/healthcare experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical field Solid track record of sourcing viable candidates for positions Ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful clinician relationships Sophistication in interacting with existing and potential clinical colleagues, employees, and clients Salary Range This position offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, plus an incentive program. Starting salary will be based on candidate experience and geographical location.
