Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Doral, FL. The Insurance Agent will advise individual and business clients on insurance options, assess their risk profiles, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves managing renewals, handling policy changes, responding to inquiries, and supporting clients with claims-related questions. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams and carriers, meet sales and service targets, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, regulations, and market trends. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to build and maintain a strong client portfolio. Solid understanding of Insurance products and principles, including policy structures, coverage types, and regulatory considerations. Foundational knowledge of Finance to explain premiums, deductibles, risk, and long-term financial implications of coverage decisions. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach. Relevant insurance producer license for Florida or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe. Proficiency with CRM systems and office productivity tools for managing leads, policy information, and client communications. Ability to work on-site in Doral, FL, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
