Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access communications, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, alarms, and routine requests. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear radio, phone, and/or digital communication with on-site teams and site leadership. Assist with tracking incident details, maintaining dispatch logs, and reporting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or operational issues in accordance with site policies. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, as working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements Possess supervisory experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Have at least 5 years of security-related experience. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
