POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an account manager for Drew Santine State Farm Insurance, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Understand the growth strategy of this office and help innovate and contribute to this strategy.
