The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will help execute the day-today marketing and communication activities that support sponsorship sales across our national portfolio of educational programs.This is a hands-on role. One day you may be creating sponsorship collateral in Canva, the next building an email campaign in Marketo, updating a webpage in Squarespace, coordinating a Basecamp project, or helping the Sales team prepare for an upcoming campaign.The right person will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, learning new systems, communicating with team members, and jumping in wherever support is needed.Key Responsibilities:Create and update sales collateral, sponsorship materials, flyers, one-pagers, and digital assets using CanvaBuild and execute email campaigns in MarketoUpdate sponsorship and meeting webpages in SquarespaceSupport sales campaigns for upcoming conferences, sponsorship opportunities, exhibits, and special programsAssist with preparing sales presentations, pricing materials, meeting information, and sponsorfacing resourcesMaintain consistency across sales and marketing communicationsHelp develop creative ways to promote upcoming meetings and available sponsorship opportunitiesDigital & Social Media:Assist with creating and scheduling social media contentDevelop graphics and promotional assets for social channelsSupport meeting announcements, sponsorship promotions, registration updates, and other campaignsHelp maintain an organized content calendarEnsure messaging and branding remain consistent across platformsProject & Team Coordination:Maintain and communicate updates through BasecampCreate, assign, and follow up on project tasks and deadlinesHelp ensure Sales, Marketing, and Program teams have the information they need for upcoming initiativesSupport quarterly team projects and department initiativesAssist with organizing campaign timelines and deliverablesFollow up with internal team members to keep projects movingSales Support & Administration:Provide administrative support to the Sales team as neededAssist with data entry, list management, document organization, and reportingHelp organize sales materials, templates, folders, and internal resourcesSupport meeting preparation and occasional post-meeting projectsAssist with special projects during slower periodsProvide additional department support as business needs ariseWhat We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is:Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlinesCreative and comfortable working in CanvaComfortable learning and working in digital marketing platformsA strong written communicator with excellent attention to detailTech-savvy and able to learn new systems quicklyComfortable working independently in a remote environmentProactive and willing to ask questions, troubleshoot, and find solutionsFlexible and willing to assist across different types of projectsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may changeA collaborative team member who communicates clearly and follows through on commitmentPreferred Experience:1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, communications, project coordination, or a related roleExperience with CanvaExperience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similarExperience with Squarespace, WordPress, or another website CMSExperience with project management tools such as Basecamp, Asana, Monday.com, or similarFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creationMicrosoft Office / Google Workspace proficiencyExperience supporting a sales or business development team is a plusHealthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or conference/event industry experience is a plus but not requiredPosition Requirements:Must currently reside in FloridaAbility to work remotely and maintain reliable communication during business hoursAbility to travel occasionally for team meetings, company meetings, or other business needsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyWhat Success Looks Like:Within the first several months, this person should be able to independently manage routine Sales & Marketing execution—including Canva collateral, Marketo campaigns, Squarespace updates, Basecamp communications, social content, and recurring Sales team support—while keeping projects organized and deadlines moving.The goal of this position is simple: help the Sales team spend more time selling by taking ownership of the marketing, communication, coordination, and administrative work that supports the sales process.J-18808-Ljbffr
