Production Laborer Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.25 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 01:30pm) As a Plant Production Laborer, you will help build precast concrete products through hands-on work in form preparation, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning construction skills, and seeing the results of their work every day. Production Laborer Qualifications: Ability to read a measuring tape accurately Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprints Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to workplace safety Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
