We thrive on providing exceptional customer service, and we look for friendly professionals dedicated to helping customers achieve their financial goals.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business performance.Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.Partner with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions.Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insights.Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience & EducationBachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligenceExperience working with cross-functional teamsSkills & AbilitiesDemonstrates strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.Demonstrates advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake)Demonstrates experience working with Snowflake and writing optimized queries.Demonstrates familiarity with enterprise data environments or data warehouses.Demonstrates strong understanding of relational data structures and data integrity best practices.Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings to customers, peers, and leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here may be encountered while performing the essential functions of this job.
