You will join a small close-knit IT team supporting the internal operations and support a globally dispersed workforce. Ensure documentation and network maps are up to date and secured. Review and ensure all backup systems are functioning properly. Troubleshoot test and production systems to maintain availability and optimization. Maintain infrastructure by performing upgrades as needed. Provide hardware support for equipment and components, including software/hardware installation and troubleshooting. Setup of new users in AD and O365 including all security groups, Entra and Intune. Administer all Linux and Windows Server systems. The Ideal Candidate will have: 5+ years of systems and network support in environments using Windows, Linux and networking Strong knowledge of Linux deployment and configuration An understanding of Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking Strong knowledge of MS O365, SharePoint, and Teams Experience with Windows and Apple desktops, including installation, applications, and support.
