About the Role East Lansing, MI Full - Time (Monday - Thursday)

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves chair-side assistance, radiograph imaging, sterilization, and administrative support.

Summary

We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and has at least two years of experience. Key Responsibilities

• Serves as Dentist's chair-side assistant
• Prepares and maintains sterilized operatory for patient treatment
• Determine patient's chief complaint, take X-rays, perform independent procedures as delegated by Dentist
• Assists with various clinical and administrative functions of the office as appropriate and as time permits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently

Education and/or Experience:

• Completion of accredited course in dental assisting (Certified Dental Assistant)
• 1-3 years of clinical experience
• Current CPR certificate

Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
