Overview
We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist with procedures
- Manage dental assistants’ schedules
- Maintain inventory
- Ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant certification
- Experience in pediatric dentistry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership/management experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Sealant certification
- Nitrous oxide certification
Schedule and Compensation
Schedule: 3 - 4 weekdays and at least 2 Saturdays a month. Pay: $20/hr, based on experience.
