As a PTA, you will work closely with our Physical Therapy team to provide high-quality patient care and support the rehabilitation process for our residents. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans

Conduct therapy sessions under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist

Evaluate patient progress and report findings to Physical Therapists

Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare team members

Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
