What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Proactively generate and follow up on your own leads to build a strong, personal client pipeline
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets — your performance drives your success!
• Present and sell a full range of insurance products clearly and confidently, turning prospects into lifelong clients
• Conduct appointments and close deals with a consultative, customer-focused approach
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing client value and your commission earnings
• Maintain accurate records and manage your sales funnel efficiently to ensure steady, predictable results

Licensing Requirements:
To thrive in this sales-driven role, you must have or be willing to obtain Washington State insurance licenses for:

• Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Life & Disability

Who You Are:

• A goal-oriented, target-smashing sales professional with a positive, can-do attitude ☀️
• Self-motivated with a strong desire and ability to generate and convert your own leads
• Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to track progress and manage leads effectively
• A relationship builder who listens, understands client needs, and closes the deal
• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus—but your drive to hit numbers and grow is what really counts!
