Medical Village Apothecary is seeking a dedicated, professional, and patient-focused Full-Time Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team in Burlington, North Carolina.

We are an independent community pharmacy focused on providing personalized service and high-quality patient care. Our pharmacy provides prescription services and convenient patient support, including delivery and medication adherence packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential medication-related problems.
• Counsel patients regarding medications, proper use, side effects, precautions, and adherence.
• Communicate professionally with patients, prescribers, caregivers, and pharmacy staff.
• Supervise and work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and other team members.
• Manage prescription workflow and maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, storage, and appropriate handling of medications.
• Ensure compliance with federal and North Carolina pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Assist with medication therapy management and patient-care activities when appropriate.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality-improvement and medication-safety initiatives.
• Perform other pharmacist duties necessary for daily pharmacy operations.

Qualification :-

• Current and unrestricted North Carolina Pharmacist License .
• Retail/community pharmacy experience preferred.
• New graduates with strong qualifications may also be considered.
