Based in Texas, the company has built a strong presence in the commercial construction space and is widely recognized for its reliability and quality of work. The team specializes in general contracting, construction management, and design-build services across a range of sectors. They take a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Job Description

• Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
• Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates.
• Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation.

• Demonstrating extensive experience with hard bid estimating for commercial construction projects.

• Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
• Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
