Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem position offers the opportunity to provide essential pharmacy services in a retail setting in Lodi, CA. The role requires a licensed pharmacist to accurately dispense and verify prescriptions, ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Schedule:

• First day: October 5th, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Fill and dispense prescriptions processed through the pharmacy system
• Review Drug Utilization Reviews (DURs) generated by the NRx - QS/1 system to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Collaborate with pharmacy clerks who assist with system operations and DUR processes
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and answer medication-related questions as needed

Qualifications:

• Current California Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in retail pharmacy practice
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems preferred, especially NRx - QS/1
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and team members
