Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Responsibilities Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Compensation $14 - $14.50 hourly About Tru by Hilton Florence Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 20 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding guest expectations.
