\nLincotek Medical is looking for a talented CNC Programmer II to join our team in Dayton, Ohio!
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to put your technical expertise to work in a precision manufacturing environment supporting the medical industry.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Develop, create, and optimize CNC programs to support precision machining operations. \n
- Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to develop effective machining processes. \n
- Design fixtures and select tooling to improve machining efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. \n
- Create and maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, process drawings, and manufacturing documentation. \n
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, machinists, and Quality teams to ensure successful setups and program prove-outs. \n
- Troubleshoot programming and machining challenges while maintaining high quality standards. \n
- Participate in preproduction planning and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Support multiple machining projects while meeting production schedules and cost objectives. \n
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. \n
What We're Looking For
\n✅ 7+ years of machining experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.
\n✅ Strong background in CNC programming, machining processes, tooling, and fixture design .
\n✅ Experience with CAD/CAM software .
\n✅ Experience with Esprit, Mastercam, and SolidWorks preferred.
\n✅ Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
\n✅ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n✅ Associate degree or Trade School CNC Machining Certificate preferred.
