Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and Experience• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, IC).• Experience with Oracle Global Roll- out process.• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials, with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud applications.• Experience in at least two to three full lifecycle Oracle Financials Cloud implementations (AP, GL, AR, IC).• Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Finance Lead or Architect.• Experience in chart of accounts (COA) design, multi-ledger architecture, financial consolidations, and intercompany accounting.• Experience with global Oracle Cloud rollout programs.• Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile methodologies, and testing strategies, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Experience with FBDI templates, integrations, and data migration concepts.• Experience executing implementation strategies; gathering and analyzing business and system requirements; preparing functional specification documents; designing solutions; prototyping; testing; training; and implementing practical business solutions.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience with Legacy ERP to-Fusion migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments. • Experience in FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts • Experience in industries such as Food and Beverage Treasury and bank integration frameworks.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
