Speech Language Pathologist in Midland, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina DPI SLP license (must be current and verifiable)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Demonstrated experience in providing speech-language services to school-aged children
• Strong proficiency with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
• Previous exposure to IEP documentation, progress reports, and writing annual goals
• Ability to serve students across multiple sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site speech-language therapy to students at middle and elementary schools, including EC Pre-K
• Complete evaluations and screenings to determine student needs
• Write present levels of performance and develop individualized annual goals
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely documentation per district and state requirements
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and parents to support student growth

Details:

• Contract runs from August 2026 to late May 2027 (37.5 hours/week, full-time school hours)
