Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join a growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling wage and hour matters, discrimination claims, and employment-related litigation, including class and representative actions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of employment law matters from inception through resolution
  

• Handle wage and hour disputes, class actions, and discrimination claims
  

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
  

• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations
  

• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management
  

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop litigation strategy
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  

• Active license and in good standing with the state bar
  

• Minimum of 2 years of employment law experience
  

• Experience with wage and hour and class action litigation preferred
  

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $115,000–$130,000
