We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Simulation Center. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys scheduling, coordinating multiple priorities, and working in a collaborative healthcare and academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for simulation activities, classrooms, equipment, and personnel.
• Manage calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate event logistics with faculty, staff, students, and participants.
• Assist with simulation events before, during, and after activities.
• Prepare invoices and maintain financial and operational records.
• Track revenue and maintain administrative documentation.
• Monitor inventory and simulation supplies.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Administrative, program coordination, healthcare, or higher education experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
