We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Document Coordinator to join a growing organization in Fort Myers. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity supporting quality and engineering teams in maintaining accurate and compliant documentation systems.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and organization of critical business documents. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and organization of critical business documents. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, track, and archive controlled documents
- Ensure accuracy of work instructions, SOPs, quality, engineering, and training documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support document control processes and communication
- Draft, proofread, and route documents for approval and signatures
- Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation as needed
- Manage and respond to document-related requests in a timely manner
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to create and maintain records
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and process improvement opportunities
- Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, and special projects
- Maintain organized and compliant documentation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, NetSuite, or similar) required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in both office and occasional warehouse/manufacturing environments
- Dependable with strong attendance and flexibility to meet deadlines
- On-site position (not remote)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
