Client Human Resources Business Partner III

ADP is seeking a remote Client Human Resources Business Partner III who can support clients across the Salt Lake City market and nearby areas. The role is designed for candidates in the Salt Lake Valley, with regular in-person client meetings and virtual support for California-based clients as needed, combining HR consulting with product expertise to resolve complex issues. Location: Salt Lake City, UT (remote) Salary: USD 69,300 - 129,200 per year Experience: 5+ years What you’ll do Act as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products and technologies. Solve client problems by using a broad perspective to identify appropriate solutions. Work independently to resolve issues. Proactively engage with clients by providing information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions . Apply strong interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and ADP product knowledge to communicate and resolve issues. Set priorities, organize the day, multi-task, adjust direction as needed, and provide prompt follow-up . Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP. What you bring Must be located in the Salt Lake Valley area to support regular in-person visits to client sites. At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent practitioner experience in a systems-related organization. At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with a proven ability to produce positive results. >10% travel anticipated, including local driving to meet clients in the Salt Lake Valley area and local or out of state travel for trainings and/or team meetings. Bonus points HR Certification or willingness to pursue certification within the first year.
