Mobile Family Advocate for At‑Risk Families

You will assess needs, develop case plans, and coordinate services with community providers while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. Required is a Bachelor's degree in human services with at least two years’ experience, knowledge of homelessness issues, and strong communication skills.
