We're looking for a professional who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, works safely, and treats every client with respect.What You'll DoAs a key member of our team, you will:Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsService restaurant equipment including walk-ins, specialty coolers, ice machines, shake/icee machines, fryers, broilers, ovens, hood systems, heat chutes, and moreTroubleshoot electronic and mechanical components using wiring diagrams and schematicsPerform thorough inspections of new and existing equipmentComplete preventative maintenance to help customers avoid costly downtimeRespond to emergency service calls with urgency and professionalismMaintain and operate HVAC-R systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building equipmentMonitor and support preventative maintenance contractsConduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting operationsMaintain compliance with city, county, and state codesManage inventory on your service vehicle and purchase necessary materialsTravel daily to client locations as scheduledSupport after-hours building needs when requiredWho You AreEPA Universal Certification requiredNATE Certification a plusMinimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experienceMechanical skills in restaurant equipment and refrigeration repairBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesAble to manage your time effectively and work independentlyCommitted to safety, compliance, and high standardsClear communicator - both written and verbalProfessional in appearance and conductMost importantly, you:Take pride in your workBelieve customers deserve honesty and transparencyFollow through on commitmentsApproach problems with a solution-oriented mindsetValue being part of a team that supports one anotherWhat We ValueOur core values guide everything we do:Service.
