Maintenance Technician Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Starting Pay: $28.00/hr
Schedul e: 2 nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm Full Time

• Responsible for maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems; performing inspections and equipment testing
• Supporting line startups and changeovers; completing work orders and maintenance records; managing spare parts inventory; and ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards. What We're Looking For:
• Lift 50-80 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions and work in manufacturing environments.
• Climb ladders, stairs, and operate lifts at elevated heights using proper safety equipment.
• Frequently walk, reach, handle tools and components, and work around oils, greases, and coolants.
• Occasionally work in hot, humid, outdoor, or hazardous conditions.
• Must have adequate vision for close work, distance viewing, color recognition, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Benefits:
