As the strategic leader of the store, the Store Manager drives business performance, delivers exceptional customer experience, and cultivates a high‑performing, inclusive team culture. Utilize independent judgment and discretion to lead all aspects of people management, including providing input and making decisions related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
