Responsibilities Meeting the financial needs of the customer including transactional, servicing, and product activities. Identifying opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities, including calls, transactions, account support, portfolio management, and partner referrals. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborating with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and drive overall performance. Ensuring an elevated customer experience, delivering personalized, seamless, and attentive service. Fostering customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. Engaging customers with digital platforms to enhance interactions and educate them on self‑service options. Communicating clearly and effectively with customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels. Performing teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handling cash and maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. Assisting with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud defense. Allocating time to each core responsibility as branch needs dictate. Supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity when required. Qualifications 12+ months experience selling products and/or services (required). 6+ months experience in retail banking sales, financial services sales or consultative relationship sales (required). 6+ months demonstrated successful Santander experience related to the essential functions (required). 6+ months customer service experience within a high volume, fast‑paced, and constantly changing environment (required). 6+ months cash handling experience (required). Established relationship‑building skills with a focus on customer experience and loyalty. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to recommend products and services that meet customer needs. Experience in cross‑selling products and services. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills both verbal and written. Ability to display a credible, trustworthy, and professional image at all times. Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels. Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings. Education High school diploma or GED (required). Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent through work experience, training, military service, or education (preferred). Certifications No certifications listed for this job. Preferred Established work history or equivalent through work experience, training, military service, or education. Experience in Microsoft Office products. Compensation The base pay range for this position is:

• Minimum: $34,500.00 USD
• Maximum: $53,000.00 USD
